Terms and Conditions – 777cs Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777cs website and its services — including online casino games, cricket betting, Ludo, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator and all related features — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon registration.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 777cs. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different email addresses, or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a 777cs account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777cs immediately at support@777cs.biz if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registration details current. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

777cs is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a security breach promptly.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. 777cs may request a copy of a government-issued CNIC, a recent utility bill, or other documentation to verify your identity and payment details. This is standard practice across all legitimate online platforms and protects both players and the platform from fraud.

All financial transactions on 777cs are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 777cs on deposits or withdrawals — the amount you send is the amount credited, and the amount you withdraw is the amount received, subject to the minimums and processing procedures below.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200

• Withdrawals will not be processed to any account not registered in the player's name.

General bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The wagering requirement for a specific promotion will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are credited to your 777cs bonus wallet and converted to real money only upon completion of the relevant wagering requirement.

All bets placed on 777cs are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules. The following general rules apply across all 777cs products:

• A bet is confirmed only when 777cs has accepted it and it appears in your bet history. Network errors that prevent confirmation mean the bet has not been placed — in these cases, no funds are deducted.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market (for example, cash-out features where available).
• 777cs reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error. If an incorrect price was exploited knowingly, all related bets will be voided regardless of outcome.
• In the event of a disputed result, 777cs's decision based on official results from the relevant governing body is final.
• For cricket betting, all markets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or applicable national board). D/L method results are honoured as official outcomes.
• For live casino games, the result displayed at the end of each round is final. Disputes based on perceived lag or display delay will not be entertained.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777cs. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing limits.

• Any service interruption, system failure, data breach, or loss of access to the platform caused by circumstances beyond 777cs's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the 777cs platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.
• Any dispute between you and a third-party payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 777cs's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree that your use of 777cs is entirely at your own risk and that the platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

777cs reserves the right to suspend or close any account and withhold funds at any time if:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 777cs has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit made to the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory requirements or a law enforcement request necessitates the suspension or closure.

In cases of suspected fraud or investigation, 777cs may withhold funds pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds may be permanently forfeited. If no breach is found, funds will be released without undue delay.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@777cs.biz. Voluntary account closure does not affect 777cs's right to retain records in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

777cs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777cs will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

If you continue to use the 777cs platform after an update to these terms has been notified and published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms and Conditions.
